I’m overjoyed to be featured on the Crossing It Off Podcast! Host Roger Williams interviewed me about my experience visiting Valencia, Spain, exactly a year ago during the spring equinox. Roger gives voice to people who have crossed off bucket list items, from starting companies to interviewing the Dalai Lama. It’s highly motivational, and I feel honored to have been selected to join this inspiring group of courageous human beings.
In this episode, I talk about some of the highlights of my trip, such as attending a bullfight and cooking paella. I also examine what those experiences meant to me on a deeper, spiritual level.
It’s my very first podcast interview, one that I was nervous and excited about at the same time. The fact that it dropped on the first spring day has special meaning, a sense of renewal that follows the season’s arrival.

Bucket lists are about honoring our dreams, and they matter
My trip to Valencia was more than just crossing off bucket list items: it was about honoring a dream and creating space to live more intentionally, in tune with my heart. It happened during the first few weeks of my career break, when I left my corporate job to honor promises I had made to myself when I was just a little girl. A career break that has unfolded into a wild and transformational ride filled with wins, failures, and all the juicy stuff that spurs when we grow out of our comfort zone.
Listening to me retelling my story on the podcast reminded me to continue my path to alignment. Tapping into the season’s energy, the farmer in me will continue to sow soulful intentions to harvest abundance.
